Outside The Studio is a platform that helps artists find funding opportunities. By using it, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use Outside The Studio. You may only have one account per person.
Free accounts receive 5 matched opportunities a week, one discipline, 3 countries, 5 filters at once, and up to 50 saved opportunities. These limits may change. We will notify you by email if your plan limits change significantly.
Pro is billed yearly and renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep your access to the end of the period you have paid for. The Week Pass is a single payment for seven days and never renews. Founding Lifetime is a single payment with no renewal.
Not happy with your matches? Email hello@otsgrants.com within 30 days of your payment and we will give you your money back. The same address is for any charge you believe was made in error. If you buy a Week Pass and then a year of Pro within 7 days, what you paid for the week comes off the year.
AI reads the public opportunity pages we collect, to work out what each listing is, who can apply and when it closes. It never sees your profile, your CV or your searches. Matching you to listings is done by our own rules, not by AI. There is no drafting tool. Always check deadlines, eligibility and amounts on the funder's own site before you apply.
We make every effort to keep opportunity listings accurate and up to date. However, deadlines, eligibility, and funding amounts may change. Always verify details directly with the funding organization before applying.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@otsgrants.com.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of Outside The Studio after changes means you accept the updated terms.
