When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and Google profile information. If you complete onboarding, we also collect your artistic disciplines, career stage, location, and work authorization details to personalize your opportunity matches.
We also record what you search for and which opportunities you open, stored against your account. It is used for one thing: deciding what to add to the index and what to build next. There is no third party involved, no advertising cookie, and nothing that follows you to other sites.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
When you create an account, your name and email address are added to our contact list on Loops. The emails we send you, such as your welcome email, weekly digest and deadline reminders, go out through Zoho Mail. Both receive only your name and email address.
Your profile information is used solely to match you to relevant funding opportunities. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising. We do not send your profile, your CV or your searches to any AI service.
If you upload a CV, Outside The Studio reads it on its own server to suggest your disciplines, career stage and the countries you can work in. No AI service and no outside company sees it. The file itself is never stored. We keep only the suggestions you confirm, and you can change or clear them from your profile at any time.
We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@otsgrants.com. We will remove your personal data within 30 days.
