• Timetable or itinerary for your project
• Description of project outcomes
• Projected budget detailing expenses, income, and in-kind support
• Artistic support material: up to 3 URLs linking to relevant examples (10 minutes video/audio, 10 images, 10 pages written material total), 3 required
• Brief bio or curriculum vitae for key artists and personnel
• Letters of support or permission from participants, communities, First Nations organisations, and Elders where relevant
• Evidence of confirmed international partner involvement
