Open call for project proposals to become part of the official cultural programme of Skopje – European Capital of Culture 2028. Projects should contribute to one or more of five programme strands: Art4Hope, Togetherness, rECOvering, CreARTing, and Heritage. The Foundation seeks projects demonstrating artistic excellence, strengthening the European dimension, promoting international cultural cooperation, engaging citizens and communities, encouraging participation and inclusion, contributing to sustainability and long-term legacy, developing new audiences, fostering innovation and creativity, and reinforcing the cultural identity and international visibility of Skopje.
Artists, cultural organisations, public institutions, universities, creative professionals, civil society organisations, cultural operators, creative industries, community organisations and international partners.
Open to artists in North Macedonia.
