Cultural Horizons strengthens cooperation between European and Ukrainian cultural sectors and increases access for Ukrainian artists and culture professionals to European networks. The programme supports residence-based projects and educational trajectories that actively involve Ukrainian artists or culture professionals. At least twenty projects will be supported. Selection gives special attention to initiatives working with vulnerable groups and organisations committed to diversity, inclusion and intercultural collaboration.

Open to artists in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands and others.
