Berlinale Classics celebrates premieres of digitally restored film classics and rediscoveries. Films must be at least 60 minutes, have premiered before 2008, been released internationally in cinemas, and the restored version must be a world or international premiere that was completed within 12 months prior to the festival.
Producers and distributors of digitally restored feature films and documentaries that premiered before 2008 and have been restored within the past 12 months.
Open to artists anywhere.
