The Berlinale Forum section invites films for selection. Films must be completed within 12 months prior to the festival start, intended for theatrical release, never previously submitted to Berlinale, and available in DCP or QuickTime ProRes format with English subtitles.
Filmmakers with fiction feature films, documentaries, animation or experimental films of at least 60 minutes that are world, international or European premieres and have not been publicly presented in Germany.
Open to artists anywhere.
