• Presentation note of the bookstore in PDF format, dated and signed, describing general activity, public, actions to promote French book sales, especially with institutions (French Embassy, French schools, Cultural Alliances and Institutes), and description of main events organized
• Description of main events recently organized by the bookstore
• Set of photos of the bookstore (exterior and interior views)
• Commitment deed in PDF format, dated and signed (template to download)
• For bookstores not ordering from French distributors: proof of annual amount of French book purchases (exploitation account)
• For French bookstores: curriculum vitae of the bookstore manager, structure and qualifications of staff
• For international bookstores selling French-language works: curriculum vitae and functions of the person(s) responsible for French-language book collection
