The Connect & Create Professional Mobility programme supports delegations of performing arts and music professionals from Sub-Saharan African countries and EU Member States to participate in tailored professional programmes at international-scale events and industry gatherings. Delegations must include a minimum of 8 cultural professionals (aged 18+) from at least 5 different nationalities, drawn from the 47 eligible Sub-Saharan African countries or 27 EU Member States. Mobility activities must take place between February and December 2027, in Africa, Europe, or across both regions, and may include training, conferences, networking, and B2B meetings.
Organisations, collectives, producers and managers with proven experience in performing arts, based in Sub-Saharan Africa or EU Member States, seeking to host delegations of at least 8 performing arts and music professionals.
Open to artists in Algeria, Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi and others.
