What it is

IASPIS is the Swedish Arts Grants Committee's international programme for visual and applied arts. It offers twelve residencies in Sweden (nine in Stockholm, three in collaboration with local actors in Gothenburg, Malmö and Umeå) and nine residencies abroad. Four Stockholm residencies are for Sweden-based artists; the remaining five are for international artists invited by IASPIS following proposals from colleagues, curators and critics.

Professional artists working in visual arts, photography, design, crafts, illustration, textile art or architecture with an artistic practice.
